The Kenosee Jr. Camp is being held at Kenosee Boys and Girls Camp in Moose Mountain Provincial Park. This is a residential camp where all participants and staff stay on-site in cabins. Kenosee Lake is a Junior Camp designed for students who have completed at least one year of playing up to and including grade 9.
All accommodations and meals are included in the Camp Registration Fee. Space for this camp is limited so register early.
Students will be assigned to a band on the first morning of camp, according to their musical experience and performance ability.
The camp will include full band, private lessons, sectional instruction, small ensembles, master classes, theory, ear training, rhythm training, sight-reading, staff performances, recreation and social activities, and a final student’s public concert.
Camp staff includes adult musicians and education professionals who deliver the instructional aspects of the camp and Youth Counselors, all of whom are past participants at the camp, to run the recreational programs and provide support between instructional times.
Refund Policy:
Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Registrations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will not be eligible for a refund.
