The SBA would like to extend a huge CONGRATULATIONS to everyone involved in the 2026 Warman And Regina Saskatchewan Youth Band Junior Honour Band Weekends!  This was one of the largest events SBA has ever hosted.

In Warman we had 127 young musicians from all over Northern Saskatchewan come together and formed 2 bands at Warman High School for the two day intensive, ending in a wildly successful concert attended by approximately 345 guests. 

The SBA will host the second junior SYB of 2026 in Regina from May 8–10. The event will take place at two high schools—Sheldon Williams Collegiate and Martin Collegiate—and will feature three bands totaling approximately 225 young musicians from southern Saskatchewan. The weekend will offer significant opportunities for musical development.
